Little sympathy, but . . .
There must be little
sympathy for fallen pop star Gary Glitter, but what
about the media circus on the aircraft removing him
from Thailand.
There was one photographer kneeling down in front of him with his camera lens almost up Glitter's nose.
And it is difficult to understand how many pictures need to be taken of a person with a headscarf round his face, with his head bowed and a cap pulled down over this eyes.
Of course, it could come to pass that photographers will physically assault their prey by removing "offending" barriers in pursuit of the perfect shot.
